Procrastination – our tendency to delay or avoid doing something we don’t enjoy or are anxious about – can wreak havoc on our study habits.
This workshop, presented by Emma Kerr of the UON Counselling Service, will cover what procrastination is, why we keep procrastinating, and some practical strategies to get out of the cycle of procrastination. It will involve some interactive activities to look at your own procrastination behaviour, what is driving it, and how to change.
Don’t leave it until the ‘crisis point’ to get on top of your procrastination – jump into this online session and give yourself the tools you need!
