Sahaja Yoga is a meditation practice whereby individuals attain and sustain a state of ‘thoughtless awareness’. In this dynamic state we are no longer bound by thoughts of the past or future, and find that the qualities of the present moment are of peace and joy.
If you’d like to learn more about Sahaja Yoga and start a regular practice, come along to the weekly sessions run by Masters student and Sahaja Yogi, Tom Pichaloff.
