Over the last few months, we’ve run a host of different activities at The Network – from card games and video games, to mindfulness techniques that improve focus and reduce stress, to presentations by groups such as local police and community support.
Essentially, we’ve organised a bit of everything, just to test the waters and see what kinds of content and support you’d most like us to provide. After all, we’re funded by you! We want to run the sorts of events you really want to attend.
As we head toward the end of the year, then, we’re hosting another FREE DINNER and would like to have a chat to you, if we can, about The Network in 2017. What would you like The Network to be for you next year? What would you like us to organise each week? Speakers from the university? From local businesses? Games and activities? Study, productivity, time management or relaxation techniques?
