Combining strength, flexibility and balance, regular yoga practice has been proven to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. Join the Yoga Club’s weekly sessions and experience the benefits for yourself. Classes will run for 1 1/2 hours and will include yoga postures, stretching, relaxation, and meditation.
Cost: $70 for 12 sessions, paid in advance
Sessions will begin Thurs 9 March, with a limit of 12 people, so get in quick!
