Working Well aims to teach practical strategies to manage stress, enabling you to thrive under pressure and deal more effectively with challenges in your future career.
This half-day workshop is facilitated by Coaching & Counselling Psychologist, Richard Thorpe. Richard Is a member of the UON Counselling team, but also runs his own consultancy, Personal Best, which provides training and coaching to organisations, executives and athletes.
The day will begin with an hour-long yoga and meditation session with Louise O’Connell.
