Combining strength, flexibility and balance, regular yoga practice has been proven to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. Join the Yoga Club’s weekly sessions and experience the benefits for yourself. Each session runs for an hour and includes yoga postures, stretching, relaxation, and meditation.
When: Every Saturday, 4pm – 5pm
Where: The Clubhouse, beneath the decking of Bar on the Hill
Cost: $70 for 12 sessions, paid in advance.
