NUPSA is currently undergoing a review of its policies. Updated policies will be uploaded here after they are approved by the Executive.
Executive Nomination Form
Positions on NUPSA’s Executive may become vacant throughout the year. If you’d like to nominate yourself for any casual vacancy, download and complete this form, then submit it to us either by email or in person.
Make sure to also include a brief overview of your background and your reasons for applying for the role, to help the Executive make its decision.
NUPSA Executive members and/or staff attend conferences for peak bodies throughout the year. These are valuable opportunities to discuss issues that affect postgraduate students, connect with other associations and universities, and to establish best practice in the workshops, events and services we offer.

NUPSA Annual Awards
Each year, at NUPSA’s annual dinner, we present awards for Supervisor of the Year, Teacher of the Year, Online Teacher of the Year and Helper of the Year. These awards recognise individuals that have gone above and beyond the expectations of their role to guide, support and inspire their students.
You can nominate a supervisor, teacher (lecturer/tutor) or helper (other individual at UON) for one of these awards at any time, using the links below.
