Make Your Own Fried Rice (11.30am Session)

For our next cooking class on campus, we’re making fried rice! (Correction: you’re making fried rice. We’re just guiding you through it.)
Fried rice – a stir fry made with rice as its base – is delicious on its own, or as an accompaniment to another dish. We’ll have plenty of ingredients to choose from, so you can make something more traditional or give it your own culinary twist!
We’ll be running two sessions through the day (10am-11.30am and 11.30am-1pm). Pick the one you prefer, but remember that spots in each session are limited, so register quickly if you wish to attend.
Rice is gluten-free, so those with a gluten intolerance should be fine! But if you do have any major food allergies, this workshop may not be suitable for you.
