Online Zumba Class

Want to stay fit at home? Have fun, burn calories and improve cardio health, all in your living room? We’ve partnered with qualified Zumba instructor Radmila McIntyre to run free twice-a-week online classes for students, so you can keep moving and stay active.
Zumba is fusion of aerobic exercise with latin dance styles, such as salsa, mambo, flamenco and reggaeton. It includes a combination of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Often called ‘exercise in disguise’, it’s a ton of fun and an awesome way to stay in shape.
A single session combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility –to leave you feeling energised and positive.
To join the session, go to the Online Workshops page of our website and click ‘Enter the Online Clubhouse’. Please use your full name as your username (so we can keep an attendance sheet) and log in ten minutes early, so we can go through some quick housekeeping before we begin.
For safety reasons, registration is essential.
