Yoga is an ancient practice with well-established physical and mental health benefits. It improves posture, joint mobility and muscle tone, it alleviates stress and fatigue, it improves focus and mental clarity, and it aids in sleep. It is also overwhelmingly our most requested activity, and we want to ensure it is something you all have access to as a method of self-care.
In response to feedback, we’re expanding our provision of yoga with a series of sessions at NeW Space! These will be led by student and qualified yoga instructor Eliza Dunn. They’re a brilliant way to energise and start your day, so be sure to come along!
You’ll need something to stand/lie on, such as a yoga mat, towel or blanket. Spots are limited. Registration is essential.
