Wednesday Yoga Sessions @ The Clubhouse

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 24, 2020
Yoga is an ancient practice with well-established physical and mental health benefits. It improves posture, joint mobility and muscle tone, alleviates stress and fatigue, improves focus and mental clarity, and aids in sleep. For these reasons, it’s extremely popular with students, and we want to ensure it is something you all have access to as a method of self-care.
Ali Yousefi (Alex), a PhD student and experienced yoga instructor, is returning to run free weekly yoga sessions for students throughout the year. NUSA has organised them this semester (thank you NUSA!), but they’re open to both undergrad and postgrad students.
Sessions run in the Clubhouse beneath Bar on the Hill every Wednesday afternoon from 4.45pm. They’re a healthy, relaxing and productive way to end your day, so be sure to take a break from your studies and come along.
You’ll need something to stand/lie on, such as a yoga mat, towel or blanket. Spots are limited. Registration is essential.
